Dès l'âge de 7 ans, Bethany Joy Lenz monte sur les planches d'un théâtre de Dallas au Texas, avant de faire ses débuts quelques années plus tard à la télévision dans des publicités.
En 1996, elle est choisie pour incarner Linda Halleck dans La Peau sur les os, d'après le roman de Stephen King. Deux ans plus tard, ses prestations dans le soap Haine et passions reçoivent des critiques très favorables, ce qui lui permet d'obtenir des rôles dans Sexe et dépendances (2001), Charmed et Felicity, avant de jouer la meilleure amie de Chad Michael Murray dans One Three Hill (2003).

Je l'ai découverte dans "One Three Hill" et j'ai eu le coup de foudre. C'est une chanson de Sarah Mc Lachlan qu'elle a reprise.
Puis j'ai écouté d'autres chansons à elle et j'aime bien ;)
J'attends d'avoir un de ses albums (ou tous).
